The Governors of St Augustine Catholic Academy and seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed individual, with a resilient ‘can do’ attitude and a calm and proactive approach, who would like to join our Pastoral Team, to the role of Reset Room Manager.
The postholder will be working across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 and ensuring good order and routines, supporting children in our reset room to re-engage them in learning to ensure pupils succeed, going forward.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of complex Social, Emotional and Health needs and a passion for supporting students both spiritually and academically. The ability to show empathy and understanding, whilst mentoring pupils to reflect on their behaviour and understand how they can develop the skills to become more successful in their learning, are crucial elements of this role.
